SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is calculated by the delivery carrier you choose. We do our very best to get your package to your doorstep as fast as possible! During peak seasons, holiday seasons, or big sales, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Personalized and/or custom orders are made to order and you must allow 7-10 business days for processing due to customization. We ship items Monday through Friday. 

Please note: We are not responsible for any order that shows "DELIVERED" in shipment tracking. USPS/UPS/FedEx will not will honor a claim if they have marked the item delivered. We are not responsible for Delays with US Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex shipping. We are not responsible for International Duties or Customs Charges. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

 

RETURNS

RETURNABLE ITEMS:

South and Main accepts returns within 30 days for store credit from the date your order shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is received outside of the designated time frame, the return will be rejected. All items must still have tags attached.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@southandmainboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ORDER ERRORS/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care at support@southandmainboutique.com within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

We will not accept any error/damaged item(s) after this 2 day time period for return. No exceptions. If you notice an item is defective and its been more than 2 days since delivery, we cannot replace the item. If the item is damaged during wear, we cannot replace the item. If you do not notice a damage until you remove the tags and/or wear it, we cannot replace the item. We aim to keep our prices affordable and by abiding by our policies, you will help that continue! 

The cost of return shipping, $7.00 for your items, will be deducted from your store credit.

     

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

    Anything purchased with a coupon code of 20% or more is considered final sale. If you use a coupon code of 20% or more on a purchase, you may not return or exchange. No exceptions. Any item purchased with that discount is final sale. All clearance, marked downs, discounted items are final sale. All personalized custom orders are final sale items and are non-returnable.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please note that gift cards are valid for 365 days after purchase and must be used during that time period only or the gift card will expire.

     

    EXCHANGES:

    Due to daily inventory changes, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit.  We do not issue refunds.
