  • Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
  • We will only accept one coupon code per order.
  • If you use a discount code of 20% or more, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

We know how it feels to fall in love with an item, only to find out it’s been sold out and out of stock! Don’t stress. Sign up to receive notifications when an item is back in stock:

  • Enter your email address
  • Click “Notify Me”

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

South & Main ships merchandise by USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the shipping carrier unless listed otherwise. Learn more about our shipping and returns on our Shipping and Returns page.

Need help putting an outfit together?

South & Main loves working with our customers to create that perfect outfit! You can find advice on our social media pages.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

Of course we do! Shop our gift card options. The recipient will receive an email with the gift code and a personalized message from you.

Just remember, gift cards are non-refundable and expire after 365 days.

You can also redeem a gift certificate and/or check your gift card balance too.

ORDERS

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

When you check out, you’ll have the option to pay with any major credit card provider including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal, and other methods of payment.

HOW CAN I USE A GIFT OR PROMO CODE?

When you start the checkout process, enter your code in the box that says “Add Coupon” or “Gift Certificate.” Only one (1) coupon/promo code is allowed per purchase. Multiple coupon/promo codes cannot be used with one purchase. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN ERROR MESSAGE ON MY ORDER?

So close to getting your perfect outfit, only to see an error message regarding your order. Don’t keep trying to checkout, as your card could end up getting charged more than once.

If you’re having issues checking out, contact us right away so we can assist you and get you your newest fashion statement!

WHEN DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Right after you order, you should get an email confirmation letting you know we’ve received your request. You’ll also get an email as soon as we ship everything out.

If you don’t receive anything within 24 hours, contact us for help.
